The terms below are regarding the joining fee, enhancement fee, cancellation process, check In policy and gym etiquette (please note: NOT all of these are applicable with certain membership and/or promotions)
Joining Fee – Everyone that signs up on a 12 month contract membership pays no joining fee.
Club Enhancement Fee – Once a year on the 1st of October, everyone that signs up on a 12 month contract pays a club enhancement fee of £17. Your direct debit will increase for this one month and then revert to you normal monthly fee. This is invested yearly into club improvements.
What if I want to cancel my membership? – You cannot end your membership before the end of the Commitment Period (12 month from joining date), unless you have a sustained a serious injury that prevents you from training or you have moved out of the area to a radius of 10 miles or more. Proof of injury or moving location will be required.
Check In Policy – All members are required to check in at reception each time they visit the gym. This can be done by either downloading the FREE FitSense App or by purchasing a keyring fob for £1.
Gym Etiquette – We ask that all members unload all machines after use, ensure no weight plates are left on the floor by machines and re rack or return all dumbbells and other related equipment to its designated storage area.
Signature of Acceptance – We require all members that sign up on a 12 month contract to sign our terms and condition on your first visit to the club. Our reception team will have your terms and conditions printed and ready for you to sign within 7 days of you signing up to the club. Please ask at reception at your first visit for these documents.
